Noise Of Art Launches Tenth Year Of Activity

Noise of Art launches its tenth year of activity with a series of events in and around London’s Convergence Festival, followed by a weekend of events to launch Woodbridge Art and Music Event in Suffolk. The events take place 13 March – 16 March in London and 21 and 22 March in Woodbridge.
The programme includes the launch of Noise of Art's Boom Room project, inspired by the role sound manipulation has played in electronic music. To celebrate sound effects, and in particular reverb, Noise of Art will be turning unusual locations and buildings into giant effects units – starting with a disused nuclear airforce base and the Adnams Brewery in Southwold.
The line up includes: Andrew Weatherall, David Vorhaus and White Noise, Mental Overdrive, Bernard Szajner (aka Z), Saycet (Paris), Severino, Ben Osborne, Eat Lights Become Lights, White Noise Sound (LP launch), Clara Brea, Addictive TV and more to be announced.
With events happening as part of the London-wide Convergence festival (12-22 March), Noise of Art is also partnering with French Music Export Office, Institut Francais, Rough Trade East, The Wire, The Social, Big Chill House, Woodbridge Art and Music Event, Old Jet Studios and Adnams. The programme includes club nights, panels, live shows and performances.
