Unwanted Presents…

A new Sunday party launching with BLM and Ben Sun 11th November

Unwanted have been hosting small music led parties for a few years now but after plenty of time and consideration they have decided to finally make the step to Sunday parties, a long term ambition of theirs since they moved their party to London.

A Sunday party holds something beautiful about it, it’s a day where most have had it out the night before and only the very special people who have the stamina, foresight and spirit attend. This suits Unwanted as they want to fill their intimate Dalston basement venue with the true party heads, music fans and fun loving people.

Their unique style of party focuses on a warm and welcoming atmosphere, affordable prices and only the finest underground house, disco and techno. A friendly bunch of promoters, the Unwanted Family are keen to extend their relations and welcome everyone to join in on the fun.

The new monthly Sunday party will take place in the new basement bar on Dalston’s Stoke Newington Road. The 200 capacity ‘Tipsy’ is kitted out with a smooth Turbo Sound system and offers great deals on drinks at the bar. The unusual décor and layout of the venue offer something different and is certain to wake up those weary from the night before, why not grab a coffee in the amazing upstairs bar to liven your senses and top up the energy levels…

To launch their new night they have brought in two producers that have been blowing minds and tearing things up in London.

The first artist to man the decks for Unwanted will be none other than Ben Sun. His motown, soul and funk inspirations are the perfect way to warm up the dance and the obvious choice for a party directed at fans of real music. Releases on his own Voyeurhythm label as well as most notably his recent foray on Delusions of Grandeur have been very popular and with forthcoming releases planned for Quintessentials and another on Delusions it’s easy to see that Ben with be shining for a long time.

The 2nd artist to bless the turntables will be Fear of Flying label boss BLM. Another artist that emanates the Unwanted musical ethos, his deep and entwining sounds and vast knowledge and experience in underground house music will have you deep in the groove and partying hard! What better way to draw your weekend to a close!

So come and join the Unwanted Family for that often forgotten second day of the weekend!
