Ulrich Schnauss To Play Additional London Show At Village Underground

Art & Culture

After selling out Oslo in Hackney more than 2 months in advance, German born musician and producer Ulrich Schnauss is set to play another special A/V live show at East London venue (and Ransom Note's next door neighbour), Village Underground. Taking place on October 29th, the show will see Schnauss combining with visual artist Nat Urazmetova to create a full A/V experience. In a spot of decent curation, My Panda Shall Fly has been announced as the main support act.

According to Schnauss's press people, the producer will be bringing a sparser sound than previous years, with "a renewed interest in more direct electronic sounds, and aims to substitute traditional verse – chorus – verse structures for more freeform atmospherics… He is currently working on an album which intends to celebrate the synthesizer, the long-time cornerstone of Schnauss’s sound, as a musical instrument in its own right."

Tickets for the show start at £12.50, with £15.50 as the standard price, and more on the door – but realistically this one is going to be sold out waaaay before the night – if you're up for it we suggest you get a ticket sooner rather than later from over here.
