Squarepusher Set For Big Show At The Troxy

Art & Culture

After his sold out performance at the Barbican, Squarepusher will be performing his entire album 'Damogen Furies'  live at The Troxy on 24th October, leaving time and space for improvisation. 'Damogen Furies' was created with the use of his own bespoke software designed to be impressive and steamlined when played live. We heard too that there will be some magical visuals to be paired with the music, not the Windows Media Player type.

Alongside Squarepusher's original set will be the live world premiere of Shobaleader One who recently has the high octane release 'd'Demonstrater'. The band was orignally another outlet for Squarepusher's compositions but became a roaring success very quickly. Since then, Tom has been practising writing and performing with a band to reinterpret some choices from his catalogue in a new, interesting way. These two distinct performance will be supported by 808 State whose performance will put "blood and chaos" back into their monumental anthems.
