Sea Interface Tech At Sónar+D

MarketLab is the exhibition area at Sónar+D tailor-made for discovering interactive prototypes, new musical instruments and some products and experiments in the technological and digital market. At MarketLab you can see university departments such as Royal College of Art, Queen Mary University and many more universities showcasing advanced music devices.

The audio format "Stems" will also be there. Stems is aimed at DJ's and producers that allows unlimited creative possibilities. Anyone can create and distribute audio in Stems format, Stems will be presented to the public on the main stage at Sónar+D with the participation of Carl Craig, Kerri Chandler and Luciano. Be sure to catch it if you're there!

In Stage +D you will also see a demo on the London-based start-up ROLI, that will be showing its keyboard "The Seabord Grand" – a material that makes each key on the The Seabord Grand (by the help of the 'The Sea Interface technology) into a continous surface that allows new form musical expression. You would be able to catch Koreless showing how he uses the keyboard in his technical set-up.
