Motion Announces First Line-Ups For 2016

Those were the words of the writer G. K. Chesterton (pictured below), who I sincerely believe, were he alive in 2016, could often be found heading down to Motion for a mad one. Well perhaps not, but it's a nice image. And if I've understood Chesterton's advice correctly, we're supposed to nourish our soul, and everyone knows the best way to do that is by going to a rave.

Anyway, the Bristol club have shared a taster of their upcoming events calendar, and there's some great stuff on the horizon.

In January, Apex presents Hotflush boss Scuba along with Huxley, Boddika and other guests. David Rodigan brings his Ramjam to town, with guests including Stormzy and Preditah.

Bristol institution Just Jack celebrate their 10th birthday in February with a super secret line-up to be revealed on the night, and there's other upcoming parties hosted by Hospitality and Black Butter Records.
