Kamasi Washington Announced For Nuits Sonores 2018

The highly talented jazz musician is the first act to be named for the Lyon based festival set to take place in May next year. The californian saxophonist will play a special concert at Auditorium-Orchestre national de Lyon on the 8th of May as part of the eight day festival. Nuits Sonores is a festival which operates out of Lyon hosting events across a number of venues by both day and night, the multi faceted project is the hard work of the team behind Arty Farty. Last year the festival played host to the likes of Pharoah Sanders, Nina Kraviz, Optimo and many more. 

More names are expected to be revealed for the festival in the coming months.
