Gruff Rhys Tour Dates Announced

Next January, Gruff Rhys will play a short tour performing his recently released astro-jazz soundtrack to the 2014 film Set Fire To The Stars.

For the shows, he will be joined by Y Niwl members, Alun Tan Lan, Gruff Ab Arwel and Siôn Glyn. Also joining will be Topeka, Kansas born drummer Kliph Scurlock and walking brass section Gavin Fitzjohn. During the performances, ace film director Dylan Goch (who cut his teeth mixing VHS tapes at '90s raves) will re-imagine and remix the said monochrome movie as they play. Each night, DJs from Finders Keepers will be on hand to help create a most memorable musical happening.

The tour takes in multi media venues across the country, the tour dates are listed below.

Thu 26th Jan: Glasgow Stereo

Fri 27th Jan: Dancehouse Theatre, Manchester

Sat 28th Jan: New Theatre, Cardiff

Mon 30th Jan: ICA, London
