Freeze To Celebrate 10th Birthday With Nicolas Jaar
It's been a great year for Freeze. They've been celebrating their 10th anniversary throughout 2015 in some pretty spectacular venues including The Bombed Out Church, The Asylum, The Lemon Lounge and Manchester Cathedral. They have now revealed their final shows of this year, all to be held at newly refurbished venue The Garage, located in the renascent Baltic Triangle area of Liverpool.
Nicolas Jaar, who's been voted the number one touring artist for three years in a row with his band Darkside, will be headlining the actual 10th birthday party on the 14th November. He'll be playing a DJ set with live elements for this rare and intimate event. Support will come from Powell, who's had a pretty successful year. His sound 'fuses post-punk with techno into experimental sonic odysseys.'
This will be followed by '40 Years Of Greg Wilson' on 5th December and 'Gilles Peterson Wordwide Music' on 18th December. For both of these events Freeze wanted to give something back to say thank you for everybody's support, so they've given the first 300 tickets to both events away for free.
Tickets for all of these events are available here.
