London regulars Horse Meat Disco headline the main room, along with Bad Passion’s Chris Stoker, Andy Bainbridge and Dan Mitchell. In room two its a connoisseurs treat with Idjut Boys, Felix Dickinson, Gerry Rooney of Black Cock fame, and Brightons record dealer to the stars Nick The Record providing the music.

As you are all aware, Japans earthquake and tsunami on 11 March has caused widespread destruction and shocking results. The confirmed death toll from the earthquake and tsunami has now passed 10,000, with 17,440 listed as missing. An estimated half a million people have been made homeless and some 300,000 people remain in evacuation centres or temporary housing. On top of this it will be some time before the impact of damage caused by the tsunami to the nuclear plants is known, and the rise in radiation levels in drinking water has already caused concern particularly for infants.

We find it impossible to imagine anyone who has not been moved by this devastating disaster and the number of events and fundraisers that are popping up to raise money and awareness has been enlightening and a true testament to humanity.

A group of us have decided to do our bit by getting together and putting on a party to raise money for the cause – and what a party its shaping up to be!

Tickets are available in advance via our Just Giving page where ALL proceeds will be going to The Japan Earthquake and Tsunami Relief Fund, click on the link to find out EXACTLY where your money is going:
