Ava Festival Announce Juan Atkins, Bicep & Dave Haslam For Belfast Workshops

Belfast based AVA Festival has announced it's daytime conference to complement the full evening event. The free to register programme will include appearances from Detroit legend Juan Atkins, local lads Bicep and Hacienda DJ and author Dave Haslam hosting panel sessions, Q & A interviews and workshops on the electronic music business. Also featured are Shanti Celeste, music technology giants Ableton and Native Instruments and Belfast Underground Records. Subjects covered include live production, inspiring women's roles in electronic music, nightclub culture and the economy. There will also be a live DJ mix competition with the winner getting airtime on the Feel My Bicep blog and Belfast radio.
The AVA Conference takes place on 4th June 2016 at T13, Belfast and limited free entry is available HERE. The full evening event includes RØDHÅD, Bicep Live Show (UK Debut), Mano Le Tough, Gerd Janson, Optimo and Phil Kieran and tickets are available HERE.
