Stream Floating Points’ New Jazz Influenced Cut ‘Peroration Six’

Floating Points has just streamed the final cut from his forthcoming album Elaenia. Titled Peroration Six, the track is 5 minutes of dense electronica, skittering along on jazz drum patterns and melancholic melodies that call to mind Radiohead's introspection circa Amnesiac. Anticipation is building for the Floating Points long player – he recently sold out a forthcoming show at Islington Assembly Hall in less than a day, which would suggest that if a live tour follows the release of Eleania, you'd be wise not to mess around when buying tickets.
