Heavenly Recordings To Release Next Jock Scot Album
On 14th August, Heavenly Recordings are going to re-issue Jock Scot’s album of poems and music called My Personal Culloden. The rock star who has worked with Ian Dury, The Clash, Vivian Stanshall, The Libertines and British Sea Power (SO MANY TALENTED PEOPLE!).
Jock is to be the subject of a biographical film, currently being completed by Robert Rubbish and to include new interviews with Shane MacGowan, Peter Doherty, Neneh Cherry, Anna Chancellor, Suggs, Baxter Dury, Keith Allen and many more. There will be a bit of a wait as the film is due to open in August 2015.

Like the track? Meet the guy in person, Jock Scot will be at Heavenly Recordings charity event at House of St Barnabas, Soho. Jock will be reading from My Personal Culloden. There'll also be performances from Stealing Sheep and Gwenno with further guests to be announced. All profit from the event will go to the House of St Barnabas’s Employment Academy, helping those affected by homelessness and social exclusion back into employment.
