There was a great sense of loss in the room, an unspoken tension that hung in the air. Around the church small groups huddled, elsewhere individuals sat alone, cautiously looking over their shoulders. They had vowed not to be speculative, to keep their minds open and be vulnerable to whatever may come their way. Today they would contact their loved ones, lost ones, and give themselves up to the unknown and the unexpected. 

Keys is a new collaborative project from German native Benedikt Frey and producer Chris Cox, who have joined forces for eight tracks that hypnotise and intrigue. In the words of Berlin-based label R.i.O. who bring this moody release direct to your ears, "allow Keys to seal you in their infinite vacuum of flirtatious melancholia."
