Premiere: Raymonde – No Techno

The room rumbled with the sound of heavy machinery… The old factory whizzed into life as the workers began their shift for the day, the pitter patter of footsteps and the glare of yellow jackets was all that would exist within this space for now. Technology was a monster and they were the great keepers building the machine, each day they prayed to the heavens up above that this might be the last shift. That there would be no techno ever again… But for now, they folded their overcoats, put on the yellow vests and worked tirelessly away. An empire awaited…

Raymonde is an abstract, experimental producer who playfully moulds brutalist soundscapes alongside intricate electronics. His new album is forthcoming on Vlek and is titled “Ce qui est en bas, est comme ce qui est en haut; et ce qui est en haut, est comme ce qui est en bas”.
