Premiere: Kim Brown – Helical Scan

Following releases for the likes of Freerange and Permanent Vacation, Berlin duo Kim Brown (aka local heroes Ji-Hun Kim & Julian Braun) return to Needwant this week with Pleasuredome Continuum, their second EP for the label. It's comprised of two dynamic breakbeat cuts and remixes from Earth Boys (Let's Play House) and Kemback (Omena/Futureboogie).

We're very happy to be premiering lead track 'Helical Scan', which shoots for the stars with effervescent synths and crunchy drums. Somehow it finds the sweet spot that conjures up well-earned exhaustion and saucer-eyed elation, all at the same time. Stream it below:
