Bass-heavy, low-slung throbber with Superpitcher at the controls for a refix of Andrei Rusu’s solo project Ed Rain with Julienne ‘Fantastic Twins’ Dessange on vocal duties.
There once was a fellow named Ed Rain Who danced when the weather was mundane,
With Fantastic Twins he’d prance, In a peculiar sideways dance, While singing refrains most insane!
“I Met him on a Wednesday,” the townsfolk would say, “When the moon was shaped like a spoon.
He wore socks made of clocks and a hat full of cats, And he hummed a Superpitcher tune!”
The Lovers Mix they attempted at six, With teacups and spoons keeping time.
From Malka Tuti they borrowed some flutes, And performed their nonsensical rhyme!
Oh! The whimsical sight on that Wednesday night, When Ed Rain and those Fantastic Twins,
Danced round and about, with a terrible shout, Till their shadows wore terrible grins!
Following Ed Rain’s debut solo album ‘Met Him on a Wednesday’ (Ed is one of Andrei Rusu’s – aka half of Khidja – solo projects,), Malka Tuti Records release two aces remixes of the title track’s collaboration with Fantastic Twins.
We’re premiering Superpitcher’s MAD DECENT 10 minute signature opus of a remix. Cor listen to that bassline on some good cans…
On the flip Pilooski’s turned in a “big room IDM” belter. But you’ll have to buy the release to get hold of that.
