Premiere: Cora Novoa – Black Out
Not a speck of light entered the room; every crack and crevice had been filled and the windows were covered with thick black curtains that were sealed at each side. Not many would choose to live in the darkness but these creatures only came out at night, the sun had always been their enemy. They was the only life they knew.
Turbo Recordings’ Twin Turbo series turn their attention to Barcelona for their next release, welcoming SEEKING THE VELVET boss Cora Novoa for the first time. Having wanted to work with her for a while, the Vitalic’s Citizen and Hivern Discs alumni makes a triumphant debut with a two tracker that contrasts in both name and nature. While the A-Side brings the euphoric peak time cut ‘Sun’, on the flip comes ‘Black Out’; a heavy dystopian stomper crafted for the dark room.
