His mind had been running wild, a tangle of thoughts that he couldn't seem to process. Walking at night had become the medicine in these moments; a brief respite from the eternal rat race of daily life. On this evening the stars above seemed to shine brighter than he'd ever seen before, each one letting off its own bright beacon of light. To him it was these instances that served as a reminder of just how small they were down on planet Earth…

Having previously released on labels like Running Back and Royal Oak, Swedish producer and DJ Arkajo – who also makes up one half of duo Genius Of Time – returns to Aniara Recordings, the label he co-runs with Fabian Bruhn and Dorisburg. His Nadir EP showcases his own contemporary take on electronic music; three tracks laced with intricate drum programming and heavy subs.
