Mark Moore – Influences

Mark Moore's debut offering on his new Needleboss Records label sees a selection of electronic disco sounds come together to get you up on your roller skates in no time. Having enlisted I-Robots, Punks Jump Up, Vanilla Ace and Supermen Lovers to piece togetehr remixes of some classic S'Express sounds, there are more upbeat to be heard here than there are at a convention for children's entertainers. To celebrate the release, we asked Mark to look back into his musical heritage and tell us about some of the sounds that have influenced him the most.

A Giorgio Moroder production. Pure bliss in a futuristic, electronic disco style. Not only did this track influence me but I’m guessing New Order had a good listen before making Blue Monday.
