8 On Your Niche 2015 Resolutions Tracks

It’s a new year. The post OYN hangover is clearing. Time to cut down on the drinking, discover a life outside the boozer, real conversations. If only to jump straight back in two footed come February.

If you replace the words ‘up that hill’ with ‘on the treadmill’ it makes for a perfect power gym ballad. Be sure to sing these new lyrics at the top of your voice when doing your January workout, everyone else in the gym will be sure to love your for it.

A grooving, infectious Brazilian boogie track with lyrics about working out on the beach. Playboy Vallé’s high pitch crooning brings an air of the exotic. Great unless there’s a Portuguese speaker in the room who will find the Mr Motivator lyrics hilarious.

The resolution – know your subject, know your audience.

We could have picked this because it’s a track about finding your own groove and about making the changes that are right for you. Or cos it’s one of the most many layered party tracks ever written, which has no more perfect a place than on a special NYE dance floor amongst friends. Either way, UR are testament to setting sights high and being militant in your approach to never accepting anything less than 110%.

Classic tune. Classic resolution. Stop procrastinating and do whatever it is you need to right now. You heard me, do it now! That being said, it took me 3 days to get around to writing this…

Best track, in our opinion, off of Session Victim’s amazing new album. Hauke and Matthias have done the typically difficult task and smashed it out of the park with their second LP. Bit of a cheesy resolution this one, but it’s a reminder to remember where you were a year previous and how you may have progressed since then, not forgetting those who may have helped along the way.

Anthem alert, do exactly as it says on the tin.
