Vladimir Ivkovic and Time Is Away next up in cassette series for Fleetway Tapes

The label has announced the release of two new mixtapes which will be available next week. Fleetway Tapes is a sub imprint of A Colourful Storm.

Vladimir Ivkovic is first up, delivering over an hour of tracks which make up a mix called “Gospels For Moopie”. The mixtape itself is rather unsurprisingly made up of rare vocal tracks spanning a breadth of folk, gospel, ambient and orchestral sounds. 

Time Is Away, a moniker used by Jack Rollo and Elaine Tierney, have then recorded a mix showcasing the versatility of voice as an instrument. The label describes this as “pastoral mysteries and idyllic myths weaved from an inventory of dreams.”
