Transgressive Records are set to celebrate 10 years of putting out the finest in leftfield goodness with a bumper give away. Starting September 1st, the label is giving away a free track a day via their website, with downloads coming from  At The Drive-In, Neon Indian, Flume, The Shins, Foals, The Antlers, Alvvays, and Brian Eno and Daamon Albarn's Africa Express collaboration. The tracks will be revealed at 10am daily over at www.transgressiverecords.com – today they've stuck up some buzzing 8 bit drama from Flume.

Transgressive has done pretty well for an indie started by 2 teenagers – going from signing Bloc Party's first single to scoring 3 Mercury nominations in 9 years and selling millions of records worldwide. The celebrations of a decade in the game will conclude with Transgressive’s big Birthday show at London’s Barbican Centre on Sept 30th.  The show will be compered by Radio 1’s Huw Stephens and welcomes label favourites Johnny Flynn & The Sussex Wit, Mystery Jets, Marika Hackman and Dry The River playing live with further guests. Tickets are availble from Barbican here
