Swizz Beatz
Propelled along with a frantic beat made up of monolithic Reggaeton 4/4 stomp and the sound of air being strangled out of a balloon neck, Everyday is within neck snapping distance of being another classic club track from Swizzy, let down by a weak vocal performance from the man himself. As with Timbaland, Swizz has never managed to translate his immense production talents into a corresponding lyrical dexterity, and whilst here his flow accurately emulates Noreaga, he simply doesnt have the bite in his delivery. This is made all the more apparent by the too-short cameo from Eve, who steps up, spits some fire, then disappears to leave us with Swizz and his anaemic couplets. Bring on the remix. 6/10
