Stream: Djedjotronic & Miss Kittin’s New Electro Excursion

Pleasure & Pain is a new collaboration between Djedjotronic and techno's favourite ice-cold vocalist, Miss Kittin. The two are playing it fairly safe on the track, but when you can nail jittery coldwave electro this well, why try re-invent the wheel? If you're a fan you'll know what to expect, and not be disappointed. The snares crack like guns over pulsating, sordid basslines. Synth lines jab your ears with icicle stabs, and Miss Kittin intones some vaguely S&M-y stuff about pleasure and pain. Job done. There's a great mix by the increasingly impressive Glass Figure floating about – you'll be able to hear that when the full release drops on October 16th via Boys Noize.
