Stream An Unheard Cut From Aphex Twin & Mike Paradinas’s 1994 Lp

Music

Back in 1994, Richard D. James and Mike 'µ-Ziq' Paradinas got together, got pissed and mind-melded their warped electronic brains to create an album of burbling weirdo music in the space of a few days. Titled Rich & MikeExpert Knob Twiddlers, the record was the released in 1996 on the Rephlex label James then co-owned. The record, long since deleted, is now due to be reissued via Paradinas's Planet Mu label, remastered, resequenced, and with a bunch of bonus tracks consisting of unheard tunes and mixes.

You can give one of these unheard renditions a listen below – a trancier version of Vodka that sees the duo force their analogue set up through all sorts of Latin techno contortions. Grab the reissue itself on September 2nd on 3xLP/ 2xCD/ digital via Planet Mu.
