Peder Mannerfelt, Hector Oaks, Solid Blake and more launch Herrensauna’s label arm

Berlin queer collective Herrensauna have announced the launch of their record label with a series of vinyl EPs.
Set for release on 2nd October, the first release instalment features contributions from in-house resident Cadency aka Héctor Oaks, Fast Forward member Sugar, Aasthma (the project of Peder Mannerfelt & Pär Grindvik) and Historical Repeater, a collaboration between Copenhagen-based producers Ctrls and Solid Blake, while Berlin-via-Porto multidisciplinary artist Mauro Ventura provides the visual aesthetic, creating a new painting for each release.
Since Herrensauna began five years ago, they have become one of the most respected spaces in Berlin’s queer underground, delivering experimental electronics and heavy techno at their home of Tresor. These club nights have also helped to launch the careers of some of the most exciting artists operating in this sphere at the moment, the likes of residents SPFDJ, Héctor Oaks and co-founders CEM and MCMLXXXV.
