Ryan Hemsworth and UV boi have collaborated for the first time on new track ‘Gods'. Part of Hemsworth's recent string of international collabos, this offering pairs him with the 18-year old Brisbane-based producer who has been on everyone's radar in Australia and soon the world.
As explained by Hemsworth:
"Every collaboration I do lately starts with sending selfies back and forth, it's kind of weird, but I'm into it. A month ago my friend Nina Las Vegas introduced me to UV boi who's this Sudanese kid living in Brisbane. I really love Australia and I think the electronic music scene is budding so rapidly right now, and I can confidently say UV boi is going to play an important part in that. International collaborations have been so fun to me and this is one that came together quickly -- taking influence from sci-fi soundtracks and Jhalil Beats one in the same."
Following a brief stint in Europe and the UK for a run of festival dates including Sonar, Field Day and Parklife, Ryan is back in August to play XOYO’s 2nd Birthday in London on August 22nd alongside Oneman, Cashmere Cat and Kutmah, before a September European tour with RL Grime.
