Ron Trent’s label anthology Will Be Released In January

Ron Trent’s Prescription: Word, Sound & Power anthology will be released via Dutch label Rush Hour in January.

The anthology of defining tracks from Trent and Chez Damier’s iconic 1990s record label, Prescription, was originally announced in June 2015. It has been curated by Trent himself and will feature 24 tracks, many of which have been out of press for years, as well as four previously unreleased cuts.

Prescription’s influence on house music's evolution, as well as its central position at the heart of the Chicago sound and scene will be captured on this release with tracks from Trent, Chez Damier, Anthony Nicholson, Angora and Laura 'Ani' Gavoor and others.
