Relive Your Childhood With ‘This Record Belongs To’ Compilation

Remember what it was like to be a child? Back when we were all as bright-eyed and bushy-tailed as a squirrel who has just ingested a worryingly large amount of uppers for an animal of such a small stature. Thankfully we can relive our youths with This Record Belongs To _____ as it takes us back to a simpler time when there was no Justin Bieber, only Kermit The Frog.
The compilation comes on a record of two halves – one filled with upbeat melodies while the other is better suited to bedtime listening. With sounds from Carole King, Nina Simone and the aforementioned froggy heartthrob, the voices you'll hear are all familiar and it'll warm your heart to be among old friends.
Along with the record comes a full-colour storybook which "tells the tale of five forest pals who find a mysterious object–a round, flat disc that they proceed to investigate." Oh to be a child again. Third Man Records have also got in on the action and released a kid-friendly, portable record player for you to let the nippers have a go. With built-in speakers, a USB port for converting vinyl records to digital and an automatic return tone arm you'll wish they had this when you were a kid.
What a time to be alive.
This Record Belongs To _____ is out on 6th November via Light In The Attic.
