Red Rack’em prepares to release new EP “Wonky Techno Banger”

After nearly a decade in Berlin, Red Rack’em has returned to pastures old, posting up in the familiar surroundings of Bristol. The nearby Devon Analogue Studio provides a space of unparalleled creativity and focus, an obvious influence on his latest EP. "Wonky Techno Banger" consists of three genre-surfing tunes, heavily tinged with psychedelic accents and funky elements. Gameboy synths, a trundling bassline and thick stabs characterise the title track, whilst Devon Analogue 4.2 explores funky, warped electro. B2 Naïve Gazing provides a serene conclusion to the single with its swirling melody and beatless complexion. The EP will be released on Rack’em’s Bergerac label in March next year.
