News: The Avalanches Make 16 Year Comeback With Wildflower

The Avalanches new album, 'Wildflower', will be released July 8th on XL Recordings. 

Inactive since 2000’s ‘Since I Left You’, The Avalanches dropped a series of clues including a trailer and hotline number to signal their return.

These hints were then followed up via Instagram: ”Sorry we kept you waiting… What kept us going was a belief in the day-to-day experience of music as a life force—as life energy. How music can change the tone of your day… What a beautiful thing that sound waves can be. It's magic.”

‘Frankie Sinatra’ featuring Danny Brown and MF Doom is the first track, released 1st June.
