Morphine Records announces four new albums

The label run by Rabih Beaini is set for a return following a brief hiatus – the last music released on the imprint was back in 2017. The four upcoming releases will be available from late 2019 and across 2020 with the first coming in the form of an LP by Rabih’s own collaborative project Upperground Orchestra, a longstanding band which have been making music together since 2002. The album will be available from the 7th of October later this year.
Following this, Morphine Records will then release music spanning a spectrum of genres including ambient electronica, noise, avant garde and more with Stefan Fraunberger, MA and Contagious. In celebration of the upcoming schedule the imprint will celebrate with a showcase at Berghain across two nights on the 10th and 11th of October.
The release schedule can be seen below:
Upperground Orchestra: 7 October 2019
Stefan Fraunberger: 21 October 2019
MA: 04 November 2019
Contagious: 18 November 2019
