LIARS (Angus Andrew, Aaron Hemphill and Julian Gross) have announced details of a very special Record Store Day release.

‘Mess On A Mission‘ will be released on a limited edition vinyl embedded with string.

Angus Andrew said of the release: “We talked about the idea for days but weren’t at all sure it could physically be done. After all, pressing bits of colored string into the actual vinyl was nothing we’d ever heard of before. To us it seemed like such a unique and interesting way to extend the visual language of Mess right inside the music.”

The 12″ comes with remixes from Silent Servant and Black Bananas (which is actualy quite bananas – you can stream below). 

The announcement comes in the leadup to the new Liars LP – ‘Mess’, which is due out on 24th March.
