Gary Gritness, The Sorcerers and Selma Uamusse appear on new LP

Agogo Records’s upcoming LP “Two Tribes” marries together the continents of Africa and Europe through the medium of music. Over the twelve tracks, traditional techniques and styles collide to produce an insight into African influences in European production. Featuring collaborative tracks between artists from both continents, as well as now-European based African musicians, the LP explores the relationship between people and regionalised sounds. With music from Gary Gritness, The Sorcerers and Selma Uamusse to name a few, the Africanisation of European music is portrayed through an array of genres. The LP – an “intercontinental journey in rhythm” – will be released on the 1st February 2019.
