Dj Koze Returns To Pampa Records With A Hazy Drug Track

DJ Koze is to return to his own Pampa label with a new release entitled XTC. From what we can tell from the minute and a half snippet available on Soundcloud, XTC is a lush houser built around some dreamstate synths, loud rattles of tribal percussion, and a sample of a women talking about taking ecstasy, the likes of which we haven't enjoyed since the mid 90s (when all producers were legally obliged to produce at least one track with a spoken word drug monologue..). The B side Knee On Belly is a more jagged disco house affair, all string stabs and rolling bass. Listen to them both below, and pick them up on vinyl from June 15th and digital from June 19th.
