Clark launches new record label

The longstanding producer and musician has announced a brand new project in the form of Throttle Records upon which he will release a brand new 12" as the inaugural outing. The label will act as a platform for experimental material and new concepts as channeled by both Clark himself and collaborators. He describes the particular nature of the first EP below:

“I’ve developed an intuitive working method and this was a happy accident. This might be a one-off and I don’t even know what this is, but I like the manic-ness of it. It’s unhinged like devotional music can be. I’ve been listening to a lot of Popul Vuh, and although that’s much more ambient and subtle, it’s been an influence. They capture peak ecstatic moments.”
