Hello
Just when you thought it was safe for a Royal Wedding, we’re back!
On Thursday 28th April WANG will be returning to the amazing Cable under London Bridge station. As we are lucky enough to all be getting an extra days holiday this year we though what better excuse could there be to have a big party.

Performing on the night we have:

Aux 88 Presents Black Tokyo – Live
We had the pleasure of having Aux 88 perform live for us at Cable once before as part of their Mad Scientist tour and they totally smashed it, so we’re completely besides ourselves with excitement to have them back again, making a rare UK live performance to showcase their latest album.
Aux 88 are true Detroit electro legends and the body of work they have created since forming in 1993 is one of the corner foundations to the modern electro sound and with their latest album they have created another masterpiece of top quality productions.

Jon Convex (Instra:mental)
As one half of Instra:mental Damon Kirkham has been causing shockwaves in the world of dubstep and dnb, and with their album just about to drop they are surely destined for mega-stardom. Therefore we jumped at the chance of a rare set from Damon under his solo Jon Convex alias. He describes his new solo material as ‘electronic party music’ which fits the bill for WANG perfectly, and his 1st release is already lined up for Martyn’s 3024 label. Anybody who gets their DJ name from Cronenberg’s Videodrome gets a thumbs up from me!

Radioactive Man (WANGTRAX)
Keith Teniswood makes a welcome return to WANG. His DJ sets always mashup the dance. Look out for the forthcoming Radioactive Man releases on the brand new WANGTRAX record label….

Rob Hall (Skam)
As well as being the evil genius behind Skam records, Rob is also part of the mysterious Gescom collective, Autechre tour DJ and creates music under the alias Ad-Vanz. As if this wasn’t enough he’s also a brilliant DJ.

Orson Bramley – Live (Transparent Sounds)
After a very lengthy extended trip to the USA, Transparent Sounds main man Orson Bramley returns to London show casing exclusive new material. Transparent Sounds were a key player in the rebirth of the London electro scene at the turn of the millennium, and their previous live set waaayyy back when at the infamous WANG Premises parties was a highlight amongst many, so we can’t wait to hear his new material.

Electro Elvis (WANG)
WANG founder and resident Electro Elvis digs the crates for an all vinyl DJ set.

Julian Fairshare
More DUB, less STEP from UK electronic dub pioneer and heavyweight soundman Julian Fairshare of the profound Fairshare Unity Sound System. Julian will have his custom made pre-amp / mixer / fx unit in full effect.

Ben Lyford
Resident Ben pulls no punches with his electro mashups they are just so good we cant help but go back for more, and more and more!

The Artificial Arm
Signed to the ever evolving Street Sounds and releasing on Mullet Records This man plays his unique take on Electro, Electronica and Funk, expect the unexpected!!!
