Visionquest – fabric mix

Visionquest, the contemporary stars of that lauded electronic music nirvana that is Detroit, are in full control of Room One this Saturday, the first time that all 4 players -Shaun Reeves, Seth Troxler, Lee Curtiss and Ryan Crosson – will be unified in performance under the VQ banner. Individually the guys that hail from the city that birthed everything from Motown to Underground Resistance are no strangers to our brickwork, Ryan and Shaun were part of our 11th Birthday celebrations providing bar raising sets and a promo mix for this very blog that came high in our top 10 posts of 2010 being downloaded over 3000 times by you lot.

So were incredibly excited to announce that Visionquest Week is officially open for business, beginning today with a brand spanking new mix concocted by Shaun Reeves and Lee Curtiss. Look out for audible guides from each member of VQ as we delve into the soundtracks to Detroits past and present with the gang sharing their personal insights into a city thats become so important in the foundations of modern day music.
