'The Video European Leaders Didn't Want You To See'

Online activist group Sum Of Us have made a video voicing serious concerns over the TTIP (Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership) deal currently being hammered out between Europe and the US. The video claims to show the 'truth' about TTIP – we're sure there are probably dissenting arguments, but currently the corporations, politicians and bureaucrats pushing the deal through seem to have shown little interest in voicing those dissenting arguments to the electorate.

We're not going to claim ourselves that we have a full understanding of what TTIP is purporting to do – as the negotiations are being carried out in secret it's almost impossible to get an accurate picture of what's going on. However, the concerns raised by Sum Of Us, that TTIP will take a huge amount of power away from voters and hand it to corporations, are genuine worries, and at the very least need to be addressed – and convincingly refuted.
