Japanese Invent Printer Robot Friend Creature

Rather than use any number of more streamlined, realistic or indeed practical solutions, Fuji Xerox – apparently nostalgic for a retro futurist ideal that had wheeled robot servants catering to our every need – have invented a printer robot that can move around an office space, delivering print outs to specific recipients. The robot is apparently for business men printing out sensitive documents – as the BBC website points out there are already "several mobile printing solutions available today where users can submit the print job online through their mobile devices or laptops and they are given a secured password to collect their printouts." This means that essentially the printer robot friend is a huge, unwieldy and largely obsolete piece of tech that LOOKS GREAT. Here it is, whirring about it's business:
