Southbank Centre Unveils Final London Literature Festival Line-Up
The full line-up for this year's London Literature festival, set to take place at the Southbank Centre, has been revealed and includes the chance to see Sir Tom Jones at an intimate evening of conversation and music to celebrate his long-awaited debut autobiography.
While we can't say that we entirely agree with some of his choices – we're looking at you, The Voice – there's no arguing that Sir Tom has one of the most recognisable voices in showbusiness and he surely has plenty of tales, sordid or otherwise, worth reading about. Also on offer at the festival is the world premiere of The Hollow of the Hand, a collaborative effort by PJ Harvey and celebrated photographer Seamus Murphy. Other treats include a chance to see Terry Gilliam discuss his life and career and comedians Tim Key, Mark Watson and Sara Pascoe putting together an evening of comedic literary entertainment.
London Literature Festival takes place at the Southbank Centre from 28th September – 12th October, find out more here.
