Fabric Issues New Statement Following temporary club closure

Fabric have released a statement consolidating their prioritisation of customer safety as part of an independent ‘review of processes’, following the recent drug-related deaths at the venue. They commented on their current circumstances.

"We know there are always areas where we can improve, and, following the recent tragic deaths, we are undertaking a thorough review of the lessons we can learn. As part of this we are independently reviewing all of our procedures to ensure that we have the best possible processes in place to keep our customers safe."

The club has continued to cooperate with Islington Council by reiterating their zero-tolerance stance on drug consumption and its labelling as a "beacon of best practices" by a District Judge last year. A decision from the council is due in the coming weeks.
