Marukin Ra-Men – Shirokanedai, Tokyo 

Shina Soba

This seemed like ramen to me, not soba, so I am obviously missing something.
Soy sauce flavour chicken soup base, and its pretty rich and deep. The menu calls them "crimpy noodles", and they are good, chewy and fairly thin. Bitter spinach, but not much flavour to the pork. I'd go back, but try something else.
