Big, big month is September at The Star. Daniele Baldelli (Sept 25th), Soulclap (Sept 20th) and Batty Bass (16th) will all be gracing us with their record playing prowess. We’ll also be raising money for the victims of the Pakistan floods on the 11th and be watching a hell of a lot of sport on the telly in the upstairs bar.

There’s also the matter of Mr Ray Mang at Basement Boogaloo this Saturday. With a discography covering such esteemed labels as 20/20 Vision, DFA and Eskimo, what Mr Mang doesn’t know about disco isn’t
worth knowing. He’ll be joined by residents Ed Cotton and Nick Shaw

Football at The Star: The new season is here. We’ve sold our respective first borns and we’ve got S** Sports in the pub. That means a lot of Premiership, Champions League, FA Cup, La Liga, Serie A, Championship, Tiddlywinks etc etc all in the comfort of our upstairs bar. Come on down or even reserve a table for the big match
