As September rolls around and the summer starts to cool we’re hearing back up again and celebrating the next leg of 15 years of Ransom Note at one of Paris’s most beloved venues Badaboum.

Hyped to be celebrating with some amazing friends:Musician, DJ, sound artist, and occasional chef Yu Su from Kaifeng via Vancouver and now based in London weaves a unique path through house, dub, psychedelic rock, and sounds from her homeland into something entirely her own.

NIKS’ thoughtful approach to DJing matches her dedication to pushing things forward. Co-founder of the Black Artist Database (B.A.D) and the Black Electronic Music Association (BEMA), NIKS champions culture as much as music.

Local support comes from Louison who’s sound draws from electro and house while pulling in influences from dub, trance, downtempo, and the 90s underground.

The legend that is Matt Cowell rounds out the night, representing Ransom Note’s own.
