Optimo, Powder & more to play 20 years of Beats In Space party in Berlin

The end of June will see Tim Sweeney joined by a host of producers and disc jockeys to showcase a special celebration of Beats In Space as the label and radio show celebrates twenty years. The longstanding New York based imprint and radio show has become a staple of WNYU 89.1 FM and has played hosted to some of the most influential and forward thinking dj's for two decades. The imprint and show, curated by Tim Sweeney, is regarded as a leading tastemaker in eclectic dance and electronic music. 

On the 30th of June Tim will be joined by an array of familiar faces in the German capital of Berlin for a day into night party at ELSE, the summertime venue affiliated with Salon Zur wilden Renate. Guests include Glaswegian duo Optimo and Powder, who has recently released a mixtape for the Beats in Space label. Other names include Tornado Wallace, Sharif Laffrey and Alison Swing.
