Moga Festival Debuts In Morocco This October
A newcomer to the calendar, MOGA Festival bills itself as "the African festival for electronic music and electronic culture". Taking place in the coastal city of Essaouira, Morocco (Game of Thrones fans may recognise it as one of the sets), MOGA aims to act as a platform for constructive exchange between those involved in the African electronic music scene and their counterparts from around the world.
Alongside the music, there are of course the call of the beach and the cultural charms of the Medina quarter. MOGA will also be organising daytime activities including musical brunches, educational workshops, beach parties, digital video installations and more.
While the line-up is strictly under wraps at the moment, rest assured it's set to feature a whole bunch of Ransom Note favourites. In the meantime, you can watch the teaser video below:
MOGA Festival takes place 14-16 October in Essaouira, Morocco.
