Gazebo

Saturday 29th October
Rhythm Factory
For all those sick of the sight of skeleton suits and pumpkins, Gazebo welcomes the mighty Cottam to the decks for a party that sidesteps any ghoulish shenanigans or Halloween kitsch. Cottam will be spinning his own unique brand of disco and sub-aquatic acid house ahead of the release of his epic Deep Deep Down EP on Aus Music (out 7th November). Support comes from The Pushamann and Gazebo’s resident DJs.
Cottam shot to notoriety in 2009 with three limited edition 12”s that blew up the underground deep house and nu-disco scenes with no advertising and no info. Since then, releases have followed on Quintessentials and Wolf Music, as well as remixes on Delusions of Grandeur and 20:20 Vision offshoot, Fina.
Meanwhile, a burgeoning career behind the decks has seen Cottam DJ around the world from London and Ibiza super clubs, to the dirtiest basements of Berlin and Manchester.
Support comes from The Pushamann, a Gazebo favourite and London’s finest up-and-coming DJ and producer. The Pushamann has been working dance floors for some time with his inimitable brand of deep, soulful house. His recent Rhyme or Reason EP, released on his own N.o.N Music label, was recently charted by none other than Maceo Plex.
