Corsica Studios Reopens Paperworks Venue For Christmas

Amongst all the recent tales of London venues shutting down, we're happy to report that the Corsica Studios is set to reopen it's Paperworks pop up venue for the Christmas season. Rechristened 'Smorgasboard', the formerly open air venue has been prepped for winter with a new roof, and a host of space heaters, bean bags, fire pits, plush pallet boothes and – yes – hot toddies.
Music is being provided by DJs from a host of Corsica promoters, including warm up sets from Trouble Vision, Tief, Love Glove, Tender Hooks and Sessions, food is coming from Wayne Wong's Hot Dogging Bar (have a guess what they specialise in) and other attractions include film screenings on Friday nights and market stalls on the weekend.
The Paperworks is situated at 48-50 Newington Causeway, London SE1 6DR, 2 minutes from Elephant and Castle underground and 5 minutes from Borough underground. Opening times are 5pm – 11pm Monday to Friday, 12pm – 11pm Saturday and Sunday, and you can find more info on events and booking for parties over here
